518 Renovations Announces New Customer Portal For Homeowners
518 Renovations, serving Fulton County, New York and surrounding areas has announced that it now offers homeowners an online portal to view renovation job progress, monitor, comment or add additional work requests.
The new online homeowner portal allows a homeowner to create a log-in and in turn be able to track job progress. 518Renovations uploads job progress photos as well as job progress reports. The homeowner is then able to view ongoing job changes without needing to be present on the job site as well as upload change orders, material choices and more. The homeowner can also upload photos, and documents and change orders.
“At 518Renovations feel that our customers appreciate the ability to stay informed about the work being performed in their home” said Hunter Hopkins, 518 Renovations project manager. “It allows for communication on the homeowner’s schedule without having to call or meet”. This portal allows for a better customer experience as well as providing documentation on what work was done. 518 Renovations is often working when one or both of the homeowners’ are working or running errands.”
“Being able to communicate with the homeowner in a centralized manner streamlines the renovation process. It can be difficult to reach the homeowner or contractor by phone or email. The customer has an easy-to-use platform that lets them see daily progress’ continued Hopkins.
Customers continue to have access to the portal after the job is done as well. This can be helpful in providing an audit trail.
