In order to get their customised pet products, customers simply pick the art piece of their choice, upload a photo of their pet to the company’s website. According to Paw and Glory, high-resolution, un-cropped photos taken at the pet’s eye level work best.
An artist will then get to incorporating the customer’s pet portrait in their chosen style and send it to them for approval. Customers can request any changes they’d like until they are completely happy with the artwork. Once the artwork is approved, customers can then choose from 100’s of backgrounds to complete the portrait.
